LUNCH
The only other place similar to this revolving restaurant was the "Top Of The M" at the Mandarin Hotel. I remembered looking down on the twinkling lights of Orchard Road.
The yam roll was excellent! so melt-in-your mouth.
According to their website, the restaurant is helm by the Hong Kong Chef Chan and one of the house specialties is the Peking Duck.
Well, we had the Peking Duck. My in-laws had asked for more meat to be cut along with the skin. Well the whole skin and meat was hard and dry. It was such a disappointment to me.
Did we get an "old duck" hence the tough meat or did the person doing the duck had an "off" day that day?
